HRlink provides a platform for managing LinkedIn Easy Apply job applications, including AI-powered scoring, candidate insights, and applicant summaries. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

All applicant data is collected via Unipile’s integration with LinkedIn. Because this process is automated and dependent on third-party APIs, we cannot guarantee the completeness or correctness of the retrieved data.
Important: Job posters do not own the applicant data. All data retrieved via LinkedIn belongs to the platform and is used within the boundaries of this service. HRlink reserves full rights to store, analyze, and reuse this data across current or future features, including analytics, training, or benchmarking purposes.
HRlink integrates OpenAI services to provide AI-generated insights, summaries, and scores for job applicants. These are meant to augment—not replace—human judgment in hiring processes.
You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws (such as GDPR, EEOC, or equivalent anti-discrimination laws) when using these insights in hiring decisions.
We offer a simple monthly subscription that includes:
Additional Premium Jobs can be purchased individually. As of the effective date, the cost per Premium Job is $49. This price may change at any time without notice.
We retain collected data for as long as it is necessary to provide services, comply with our legal obligations, or improve platform functionality. While we take reasonable precautions to secure data, we cannot guarantee absolute security due to the nature of internet communications.
All content, trademarks, designs, models, and software provided by HRlink are protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, replicate, or reuse any part of our product without written permission.
HRlink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, reputational harm, or hiring decisions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HRlink operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may revise these Terms or Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification where possible. The updated effective date at the top of this page will serve as notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
